Philip did a great job as my agent and he certainly earned his commission. The deal on the 1st home I tried to buy fell through and the 2nd home was ultimately successful, but had some permitting issues. None of the challenges were in anyway Phil's fault, but it took time and he had the skill to successfully navigate the challenges.
